Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the seal remains intact for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, our quality team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
